Master Bathroom and Closet Renovation

Renovation of second storey master bathroom and adjoining closet. A small partition wall was also removed during the demolition process in order to open up the space.

Bath tub was removed in favor of a walk-in shower enclosure. Significant water damage was discovered once the existing shower tile was removed and required some additional repair work. New pot lights were added to improve visibility throughout the space, including the shower enclosure. Small custom closet was built just inside the bathroom opening, and pocket door was installed at entrance.

Other features that were added or updated include toilet, rainfall shower fixture, vanity lighting and towels bars.
