Guest Bathroom Renovation

Bathroom was located on second floor and had not been used in sometime due to a major leak in the waste water pipes.  We completed the demolition and then repaired the leak, which was due to a significant crack in the 3-inch waste pipe. Bath / shower alcove was waterproofed and new tub installed along with fixtures. \

Customer chose two different styles of 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile for the project, which provided a complementary contrast; one for the floor and the other for the shower surround. Vanity alcove was modified for perfect fit of a 36-inch wide unit. Other updates included toilet, exhaust fan, vanity lighting, new baseboards and trim painting.
