Ensuite Bathroom Renovation

Homeowner was unable to use the shower in this second floor bathroom for over a year due to a leak.  The bathroom had been remodeled from the original construction, but developed a leak which resulted in a significant amount of water flowing down to the kitchen below.  Troubleshooting after demolition pinpointed the issue; a faulty soldering job during the previous remodel on a supply line connection to the shower mixing valve.

With that resolved, we proceeded with our remodel, which included: new floor tiles; new toilet and soaker tub; exhaust fan replacement; pot light install and vanity lighting update; complete makeover of the shower enclosure and creation of a shower niche and upgrading to a shower door from the previous sliding unit.  Homeowners’ existing vanity was reinstalled.
